Terms of Service

PAYMENT
• PAYPAL only (temporarily I can not issue invoices for payment in the PP)
• Payment must be made within 24 hours after placing a bid or requesting a commission.
• I only start working after FULL PAYMENT is received.
• A payment plan can be discussed, but only for commissions over $300.
• Refunds are NOT available, unless I am unable to complete your commission for some reason.
• If the artwork is purchased for commercial use (for example, selling merchandise with your character), an additional 100% of the final price will be added.
Work Process Details
• Completing a commission or YCH may take from 1 to 12 months, but it can be finished faster for an additional fee (the price depends on the requested speed).
• I communicate with clients via FA notes, Discord, or Telegram.
• Artist Freedom means that the idea or concept cannot be chosen or controlled by the client. The only possible changes are fixes to the character if I made a design mistake.
• In a regular commission, edits and adjustments are allowed. However, changes requested at the rendering stage (such as pose, background, or other major elements) will require an additional fee.
